Antique Shops in Nagoya

Whether you are in Japan for a short stay or planning to stay longer, you might be interested in buying some Japanese-style antique furniture or knickknacks to take home. If that’s the case, you have come to the right place. Japan has an abundance of antiques available for purchase.

Antique Market Fukiage

Antique Market Fukiage is located just a short walk away from Fukiage Station. The market is spread across five floors and offers various items to purchase. It may take you around an hour to explore everything the market offers. They have an extensive collection of items ranging from inexpensive knickknacks to expensive sculptures. I discovered a full bar designed in the 1920s style during my last visit. The bar had dark wood, mirrors, and stools, creating a perfect den ambiance.

Euro Market

Euro Market is located in Minatoku, towards the port. This store has a much better online catalog, and although I haven’t visited the store myself, it appears to have a vast selection. This might be the perfect place to start if you want to buy six chairs. The shop specializes in European antique furniture, focusing on British, French, Dutch, and Belgian furniture.
