Japan considers tougher punishment regarding cyberbullying

TOKYO, Sep. 14 (Xinhua) — Japanese Justice Minister Yoko Kamikawa said on Tuesday that Japan plans to introduce a tougher jail sentence as part of penalties for online insults, as cyberbullying has become a more serious problem.
