Erdoğan signals to open consulate general in Japan’s Nagoya | | Ahval

Turkey’s President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan on Sunday said Turkey plans to open a consulate general in Nagoya city to boost cultural ties with Japan, state-run Anadolu Agency reported.

Ankara plans to open a consulate general in Nagoya city to expand cultural ties with Japan and extend a helping hand to Turkish people living there, Erdoğan said in a meeting with Turkish community at Nagoya Bunri University Culture Forum after attending G20 Leaders’ Summit held in Japan.
